- We only replace items if cause by manufacturer defect
- Exchange only applicable on the same design and price
- Strictly no size exchange as each product is given with a measurement chart for references
- Strictly no color exchange due to lighting effect as mentioned on the product description
- Please take a photo of your item (the part that is faulty) and include a short description along with your order ID and email to email@example.com
- Issue must be reported within 24 hours after receiving parcel
- Item must be received within 3 days after received (local and overseas)
- Any delay will not be entertained
- Items should be in an unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition. Together with the price tag, box and thank you card.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Exchange item will be post out after we received the returned item
We do not accept returns/exchanges on any sales items purchased during our Sale period. Items purchased during our Sale period are final.
- Refund only eligible if item out of stock
- We will refund in the form of store credit of the value of items bought
- Store credit will deduct for the next purchase
